The past two years have seen Michigan playing the role of “punching bag” in the Big Ten.  Today, Wisconsin would be the next to make a fist at the maize and blue.  The Badgers would take advantage of the reeling Wolverines defeating them 45-21 racking up the third straight win for Wisconsin over Michigan in Camp Randall Stadium.  Despite Michigan’s woes, beating this traditional powerhouse is still a huge deal.  It’s everyone’s big chance to get back at their hated rival for so many years of battery and bruising.  Do it while you can because Michigan is not the type of team to stay down for very long.  Madison, Wisconsin couldn’t ask for a more beautiful day in November to celebrate such a pounding.  Fans had plenty to cheer about as the Badgers had control for the majority of the game.  Many red and white clad stadium dwellers acted as though the win over the mighty blue was expected and commonplace.  I always get a bit concerned about overconfidence, but it doesn’t take away the enjoyment of beating a Big Ten bad boy.  Which brings me to my next thought -  when is Ohio State going to start falling apart?
